Agreement to Terms

Office Furniture Installers, Inc. provides professional office furniture assembly, installation, delivery, and relocation services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Delivery and placement of furniture
• Disassembly, relocation, and reassembly of furniture
• Cabinet and shelving installation

Service Requests and Quotes

Quote Requests

All service quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the client. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual project requirements discovered during service delivery.

Service Agreements

Upon acceptance of a quote, a service agreement will be provided outlining the scope of work, timeline, and total cost. Work will commence upon signed agreement and any required deposit.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

Prices for services are quoted based on project scope, complexity, location, and timeline. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

• Deposits may be required for large projects
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before scheduled service: No charge
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled service: May incur a cancellation fee
• No-shows: Full service fee may be charged

Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the project scope and site conditions
• Ensure clear access to the work area
• Provide necessary building access and parking arrangements
• Inform us of any special requirements or restrictions
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
• Review and approve work upon completion

Warranty and Limitations

Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our installation work for a period of 90 days from completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:

• Manufacturer defects in furniture or materials
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear
• Issues arising from client modifications or relocations
• Furniture not installed by our technicians

THE COMPANY PROVIDES INFORMATIONAL OR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE RESULTS. OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC OUTCOMES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OFFICE FURNITURE INSTALLERS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF DATA.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
